Initial Consultation
Our interior designer will discuss your project in depth to gain a thorough understanding of your preferences regarding colour, furniture, existing features, use of space and financial parameters. This consultation would ideally be in-store but can alternatively be carried out over the telephone if required.

Site Visit
Once the basics of your requirements are established our interior designer will arrange a convenient time to visit your property and take measurements. During this visit we will establish in detail your specific needs and discuss any limiting factors. The appointment will also allow our designer to gain a ‘feel’ for your property and what you are trying to achieve with any design.

The Price
A full quotation will be supplied. This will clearly state a breakdown of our costs and what you should expect to receive in your interior design presentation. Once we receive your acceptance of the quotation we will proceed with the design.
Our minimum charge is £400 for the first room. Drawings, samples and specifications will be released once a satisfactory plan is presented. If a firm order for over £4,000.00 of merchandise is placed with IROKA, your initial deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the project.

To bring the concept to life the plans will be accompanied by colour swatches, finishes and samples. The interior designer will explain the scheme and make changes where necessary in order to achieve to achieve the perfect space for your needs.

Shopping Experience
If our interior design team specify a large amount of product available from the IROKA showroom we are able to offer the ultimate shopping experience as we open the entire store to you alone. At a convenient time we will close the doors and allow you to browse the showroom with not only our interior designer but also our entire technical team on hand to offer any detailed advice required.

If required one of our interior designers will then oversee and organise the general installation of your scheme. This is the most comprehensive way to achieve the perfect finish with the minimum level of input from you, the customer.
