As well as delivery IROKA prides itself on not only supplying but also installing everything we sell. Whether it be an American Back Walnut floor, LAGO wardrobe or curtain pole our team of specialist fitters are dedicated to get the most out of any product supplied.
To create the ultimate in bespoke interiors Iroka also offers specialist custom items such as fully upholstered booth seating and headboards for both domestic and commercial applications.
Some of our products are held in stock in our warehouse in which case they will be ready for dispatch. As many of our products are specially ordered from suppliers due to specific requirements and finishes, an order may take longer before it is in stock. Delivery times for products ordered from suppliers vary but they are stated with each product on the web site. Sometimes our suppliers will complete an order in less time and therefore we may contact you sooner than originally quoted to arrange delivery, if this is not suitable we can store your goods till the original delivery date. Once your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 7 days but please allow 14 days for delivery.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you with a delivery date. The delivery team operates Monday to Friday 8am-8pm. Once a delivery date has been set, please ensure that someone will be there to receive the goods. If required, our delivery crew will call you en route to give you an estimated time of arrival. Please ensure that we have your correct contact details. All large pieces of furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice, unpacked and assembled. We will remove and dispose of all packaging. Please ensure that there is suitable access both externally and internally if relevant for the delivery lorry and staff. Unfortunately iroka cannot fix any items to walls or ceilings. If you choose to assemble the furniture yourself after delivery, you will be required to state this on the Delivery note. Please inspect the goods thoroughly before accepting delivery and providing a signature for receipt. If there is any damage or any missing items, please inform us at the showroom immediately
At Iroka we actually offer three different types of delivery depending on your requirements and the type of product being delivered.
Delivery Option 1: The first option is a one man drop delivery to the front door on the ground floor only.
Delivery Option 2: The second option is a professional uniformed delivery service with our transport partner, with easily identifiable modern vehicles. This is a white glove service so we will deliver to the room of your choice (providing suitable access is available) unpack the goods and remove the packaging. You will be contacted direct directly from your regional depot giving a two-three hour time slot within an AM/PM window making the process run smoothly and simply.
Delivery Option 3: The third option is a bespoke delivery and installation service in one of our own vehicles by iroka staff dispatched directly from our warehouse. This service includes the delivery and installation of the goods as specified in option two as well as courtesy hoover and clean service of any flooring in the immediate vicinity of the un-packaging process as required. We will also fully assemble the furniture delivered.
You must be available on the time slots given to sign for the goods delivered. We are unable to leave goods without a signed delivery note.
